Fact

Child support payments that are made to children in state custody do NOT go directly to the child that one is supporting. Instead, it goes into one big pot and each child gets a picking. What happens to the leftovers? Stay tuned...

This is something great to conduct an investigation on. The fact that the state is collecting child support payments. Also, when the child is in relative care, for many, they do not receive any support payments because they are employed, so basically, these parents are paying the state funding and these payments are not reaching their children.
