Fact
Child support payments that are made to children in state custody do NOT go directly to the child that one is supporting. Instead, it goes into one big pot and each child gets a picking. What happens to the leftovers? Stay tuned...

Fact
Did you know that in the state of Florida, children who are in foster care receive more money than those in relative placement? But wait a minute, everyone is paying child support for their own child, right?

Fact
Fact: In fiscal year 06-07, nearly $50 Million were spent on paying seven county sheriff's departments in the state of Florida to act as armed guards for CPS agents. In my county alone, $3.6 Million +/- were paid for deputies while on duty to accompany agents to families' homes.

You CAN stop CPS!
Introduction: I am a mother of 3 happy, healthy children. Since June 2008 I have been fighting CPS and the wonderful network of individuals that follow from their "investigation". Allegations were made against my husband by a private daycare provider and then our nightmare started.
I could spend the next three hours going on and on about our case. Instead, I'm going to post the long and short of it. The story is pretty much like most: kids were removed from the home and placed in foster care. There were shelter hearings, arraignments and trials. There were due process violations, rights violations, laws violated, the whole kit'n'kaboodle. If you've ever been involved, you know how the story goes. But here is where the story changes.
Our trial was held 2 1/2 months after our children were removed from our custody. In that 2 1/2 months, my husband and I went to work and then came home like usual. Then we would study, and study, and study some more. Reading was no longer a pasttime but almost like a second job that did not pay. But in the end, it all paid off.
After 2 1/2 months of learning, reading, filing paperwork.....and of course getting rid of good-for-nothing public pretenders....our children were returned home and that book of a case plan was narrowed down to one thing-ONE THING that WE said we would do, and that was a parenting class. Our class is now over and our six month review is arriving in mid-March.
I cannot tell anyone what to do, and I cannot give advice, especially of the legal persuasion. I can, however, inform and provide support to anyone who seeks to empower themselves and get their children back regardless of alleged offense. I HIGHLY encourage those of you who would like help to visit www.futureamericanhistory.net On this website there are several links. The first focus should be on F.R.A.U.D., under which you will find two email addresses. You can contact either of these addresses and someone, a REAL person, will contact you within a short amount of time. The help here is free. It is NOT by those who are lawyers or attorneys or anyone looking to make a quick buck. This is about all of the parents and children who have been wronged by the system and who are willing to fight for what is most precious to them: the right to exist as a FAMILY.
You can also contact myself for any questions or information. Let's put an end to the practice of kidnapping paid for by our government. Because if we don't, no one will.
